Modify or Cancel/Refund a Reservation

Modify

If you would like to change the date of your camping trip, this can easily be done. All you have to do is click on the link below. When the pop-up screen appears enter the email address associated with the Reservation and then enter your Reservation #.

You now have the ability to amend the date of your trip, however you cannot change the number of nights or the Site. Simply click on the ‘Edit‘ feature and use the availability calendars to choose a new date. (White blocks will show what is available).

Please Note: If you would like to amend the number of nights for your stay or your Site, please contact the Township Office and we will make the changes for you as this cannot be done, at this time, through this feature.

Cancel and Refund

To Cancel your Reservation and receive a refund, please click on the link below. Enter the email address associated with the Reservation and enter your Reservation #.

Simply click on the ‘Cancel‘ tab highlighted in red and follow the screens through.

PLEASE NOTE: Penalties will apply if not cancelling prior to 72 hours ahead of your check-in time (12:00pm). There is also a $3.00 Administrative Fee that is non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more detailed information.
